Welcome to Tapped In (operated by Tapped In Technologies, "we," "us"). By building a page, buying a card, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tapped In. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is your own or something you have the right to share.
You are responsible for the information and links you put on your page. That information is encoded directly into your page link, we do not keep a database of profiles. You agree not to include content that is hateful, harassing, illegal, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that links to malware or adult/unsafe sites. We may refuse or remove content and disable links that violate these Terms.
Cards are NFC tags programmed with the link you provide. The link you submit is exactly what we program, please preview and test your page before purchasing. We are not responsible for typos, broken links, or resume/portfolio links you forgot to make publicly viewable.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Because cards are custom-programmed to your link, sales are generally final; if a card arrives defective, contact us and we'll make it right.
Don't use Tapped In to impersonate others, harass anyone, distribute malware, or break the law. We may suspend access or disable a page/link that is abused.
Tapped In is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tapped In Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for the content, links, or information you or others submit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
