This policy explains how Tapped In (Tapped In Technologies) handles your information. The short version: we keep almost nothing, your page details stay with you, not in a big database of profiles.
When you build a page, the details you enter (name, socials, links, contact info) become part of your page and are carried in the link you share and the card you program. We don't keep your profile on our servers. Whoever has your link can see the page, so only share what you're comfortable making visible. Please don't include sensitive information such as your home address, financial details, or government IDs.
Purchases are handled by Stripe. When you buy a card, Stripe collects and processes your payment and contact details under Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive the order information Stripe provides (such as your name, email, and order details) so we can program and ship your card.
Our website runs on a third-party hosting provider. Standard, aggregate technical data (like page views) may be collected to keep the site running and secure. We don't sell your information, and we don't run advertising trackers on our pages.
Individual profile pages are set to not be indexed by search engines. They're meant to be seen by people you tap or share your link with, not discovered publicly.
Tapped In is not intended for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Because we don't keep your profile, you control your information by controlling your link, stop sharing it, or make a new page. For anything related to a purchase, email us and we'll help.
